Advanced Resin Systems Ltd are a Hull based company specialising in the refurbishment and repair of industrial surfaces. We offer a cost effective and durable solution for all types of industrial and commercial facilities. It is highly important that the right type of resin product is selected for a project to achieve the best possible performance and durability.

We fully appreciate the need to specify quality, durable, cost-effective systems in such potentially damaging industries. Fork lift trucks, heavy machinery, food production areas and oils all contribute to the decline of a floors performance.

A.R.S Ltd are able to work nationwide and have built up a prestigious UK client base over the years whose requirements have ranged from heavy duty polyurethane screeds through to anti-slip epoxy paint coatings and decorative epoxy screeds. We also specialise in glass reinforced plastic mouldings and stainless steel fabrications.

Our Process

Exemplary service

At Advanced Resin Systems each customer is an individual and their business needs are paramount; we work alongside them to create a functional system that is installed with minimum disruption.

Site Survey

We will conduct a full site survey and advise on a bespoke system. We will take into account all aspects such as installation temperatures, aesthetic requirements and required lifespan in order to offer the perfect solution for you.

Planning

Following the survey, we will then devise a detailed plan, taking into account all relevant factors including timing, your production schedules, downtime, suitable systems, cleaning requirements, chemicals present, wear requirements etc.

Preparation

Prior to installation commencing, A.R.S will put into place all necessary pre works plans to ensure a smooth running project, including arranging work schedules, material deliveries to site, waste removal and all health and safety requirements.

Site Work

Our operatives will arrive on site at a pre-arranged time and oversee unloading of all plant and machinery to a designated area. All works will then be carried out to a pre-determined timing schedule through to completion of the project.
